Meet Matthew Wadz
I have the warmest memories of growing up in Roselle and graduating from Lake Park High School in 2000. These days, I’m grateful to share my life with my wonderful wife, our energetic 5-year-old daughter, and our kind-hearted 11-year-old son. My professional journey started in the food service industry, where I honed my managerial skills at places like McDonald’s and Boston Market. In 2014, I made an exciting career shift into the world of insurance with State Farm, where I discovered just how crucial insurance is for peace of mind. Before founding Stairway Insurance Agency, I gained valuable experience as an Allstate agent. However, I realized I wanted to offer more choices to my clients. So, in December 2020, I decided to open Stairway Insurance Agency. I genuinely love helping people find the right insurance solutions to ensure they’re protected and supported at every step of life’s journey.
