I had a great experience working with Stairway Insurance Agency and Matt Wadz. He responded quickly, answered all of my questions, and took the time to walk me through the coverages that made the most sense for me. It was clear he knew what he was talking about, and I never felt rushed or pressured. He genuinely had my best interests in mind, especially compared to other brokers and insurance companies I've dealt with in the past. The whole experience was straightforward and stress-free, and I really appreciated his knowledge and responsiveness. If you're looking for an insurance broker who knows his stuff, communicates well, and actually looks out for your best interests, I'd definitely recommend Matt.

Switching my car insurance over to Stairway Insurance Agency was a no-brainer! Matt was very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He broke down all the details of my then existing policy, and discovered I didn't have the greatest coverage, but the insurance agency I was with was charging me double! He then went to work to see which insurance carrier would fit my needs best and was ultimately able to get me much better coverage all while saving me $50+ a month! That alone deserves recognition! I'm hoping to convince my wife to let Stairway Insurance take a crack at our homeowners insurance as well. I look forward to doing business with Matt and Stairway for many years to come.
